Organization Responsibilities

4-5 Weeks Ahead of Fundraiser Date

•Create, Print and Sell tickets

1-1.5 hours before serving time

•Provide 3-4, 8 ft tables
•1-2 Digital Scales
•Volunteers to put rolls in bags prior to meals being pick up. (SEI provides bags)
•Volunteers to place “Cold items” in bag (Volunteers required based on total sales)

30-45 minutes before serving; assign the following volunteers to:

•1 volunteer per each hot food item for dishing out the food.
•3 or more volunteers holding “To-Go” container as they are filled with food.
•1-2 volunteers to put filled containers in bags at the end of the line.
•3-4 volunteers to deliver food to cars as they arrive.
•1 volunteer to refill empty food pans on serving line with fresh pans from hot boxes.

Minimum number of helpers needed is 12. If sales are greater than 600 we recommend 2 lines to dish out food so helper number is about 25 and 8 foot tables is 6 or 7.
